At TheHockeyShop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
